Double D Lazy Ranch


Nestled in the Fourche La Fave River Valley with a backdrop of the Ouachita Mountains is the Double D Lazy T Ranch and Bed, Breakfast & Barn.  Located three miles west of the quaint town of Perryville, Arkansas on Highway 60 West, this working cattle ranch is home to a unique bed, breakfast and barn.

The BB & B is a former horse barn, converted to living quarters, and consists of a great room/kitchen with fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1 queen and 2 full), and one bath.  

Relax in comfort with spectacular views of the mountains from the back porch complete with patio furniture, and charcoal grill. A fire pit is available for use. The facility is non-smoking.

The ranch's central location, just 45 minutes west of Little Rock and 18 miles south of Interstate 40 from the Morrilton exit, makes it an ideal destination.  This is a great place to unwind while visiting relatives, beautiful Petit Jean State Park or Lake Sylvia State Park, the Arkansas Traveler 100 Race, or just to get away for a leisurely weekend.

A working ranch, the Double D Lazy T raises cattle along with timber and wildlife.  There are numerous opportunities to view the native whitetail deer and waterfowl that call the Double D Lazy T home.

Ranch owners Debbie & Tommy Park are on-site to make your stay pleasant.  Debbie is known for her great culinary skills, having spent years conducting cooking schools across the southwestern United States.

Nearby attractions include Petit Jean State Park, Lake Sylvia State Park, Nimrod and Harris Brake Lakes, and the Ouachita National Forest.

  

 

 

Rental Information:

$95 per night; $115 for 2 BR; $135 for 3 BR.

$60 cleaning fee per stay.

Accommodations to sleep a MAXIMUM of 6 persons, including children (1 queen bed, 2 full beds).

Full country breakfast is available for $10 each per day; Flexible breakfast serving time between 6:30-8:30.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Minimum 2 night stay on weekends.
